Aerial Teaching Training

About this event

This two day training is designed for both yoga students and teachers who want to deepen their personal practice, explore the possibilities of yoga in the hammock, or learn the skills and techniques needed to teach aerial yoga to others. training topics: safety and rigging spotting and assisting verbal cueing anatomy and physiology inversions and aerial techniques developing and teaching a complete aerial yoga class Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a teacher training certificate and 30 CEUs (20 contact hours and 10 non contact hours). A training manual is included.
