The Daily Sanford team
Rounds of heavy rain hit Central Florida starting Sunday, and WKMG reports Brevard County took the worst of it: some areas saw a 1-in-100-year flood and more than 23 inches. WESH headlined it a 1,000-year flood, a 0.1% chance in any given year. Preliminary National Weather Service Melbourne reports put Seminole County's top totals here.
