- ➤ More than 35 firefighters from Orange County, Seminole County and Orlando fire departments returned from a 15-day deployment in Travis County, Texas where they used swift-water rescue boats and trained dogs—covering over 200 miles of flooded roads—to locate two missing persons and bring closure to two families. Firefighter Edward Haynes said the team applied its experience from Florida hurricanes to meet the challenges of rocky terrain and washed-out neighborhoods. WESH
