- ➤ Princeton Postell, a 19-year-old from Sanford who fatally shot 16-year-old Jamarcus Parker in an apartment complex parking lot, was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for first-degree premeditated murder—he was arrested in October and convicted in May while co-defendant Jackie Irving also received a life sentence. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Starting July 1, teens seeking a learner’s permit must complete an approved driver education course—officials say the rule covers drivers ages 15 to 17 and keeps other measures, like parental consent and Real ID, unchanged. FOX 35 Orlando
