🏛️ Government
Flagler Beach Pier, a historic landmark (built in 1928) that has suffered hurricane damage, is being partially dismantled and rebuilt for improved safety and durability.
The new concrete pier will stretch about 800 feet, with the first 100 feet preserved, and officials expect it to be unveiled by New Year's Eve 2026.
