- ➤ Property owners in Sanford may soon pay about $95 a year for a new fire fee based on a five-year average capital cost of roughly $2.4 million, as shown in Monday's presentation. City officials will decide if public hearings will be scheduled in 2026 & the fee implemented to better fund fire protection. WKMG
