About this event

This class is for anyone looking to increase their flexibility, range of motion and posture specifically for dance. The class will introduce various techniques of flexibility training and exercises to improve your range of movement and flexibility for dancing. Open to non-dancers as well for an opportunity to stretch and relieve tension in muscles. Posture modifications will be offered for all individuals to feel their most confident as they step onto their mats. Please bring a yoga mat.
