About this event
Science Saturdays are fun for all ages*! Registration is requested but not required - this helps us plan our event: https://bit.ly/3PEvYEK Celebrate the Gillespie's 68th birthday while having fun with rocks & minerals. Run the Crystal Crawl micromarathon, Ask a Mineralogist to ID your specimens, enjoy booths from visiting mineral clubs, & trade at the rock swap! During Science Saturday, the Gillespie Museum is open to the public. We invite you to visit our exhibits and grounds, even if you don't plan to participate in Science Saturday activities. *Scientists under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
