About this event
Slow down, and settle into your weekend by relaxing your mind, body and spirit. The first half of class integrates classical standing and seated yoga postures (asanas), which are held a little longer with breath work to build strength and flexibility as students ease into their yoga experience. The second half of class incorporates longer Yin Yoga stretches to soften into your body and unlock any tight spots that may be present. You will leave feeling more refreshed and rejuvenated with a deeper connection to your body.
