Community Content Class - Free & Open to All: Join us for a complimentary Pilates class open to the whole community! Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this is a welcoming space to experience the benefits of Pilates, improved strength, flexibility, and body awareness — at no cost. Please note: This class will be filmed for SoFLo marketing and social media content. A camera and possible lighting will be present throughout the session. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us ahead of time. Grip socks are required to particpate and are available for purchase in the studio if needed.
