Join the Sanford Cultural Guild and the Sanford Museum for an intimate, tablescape-driven dinner celebrating community, creativity, and the future Sanford Botanical Garden.

Gather eight guests and create a table entirely your way. Bring your own dinner, drinks, tableware, and décor—and turn your table into part of the evening’s experience.

Hosted on the grounds of the Sanford Museum, the future site of the Sanford Botanical Garden, proceeds from the event directly support fundraising efforts for the garden.

Reserve Your Table

Only 10 tables of eight are available and will be awarded first come, first served. Tables are sold as full tables only; individual seats are not available.

We Provide

• One 8-foot rectangular table

• Eight chairs

• One cream-colored tablecloth

• Music and lighting

• Cash bar for cocktails

You Provide

• A tablescape theme and décor of your choice

• Food and beverages for your guests

• Alcohol, if desired

• Your seven guests

• An optional side table for food preparation or storage.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support local by sourcing food, flowers, décor, and finishing touches from Downtown Sanford’s restaurants and shops.

Evening Schedule

• 5:00–6:00 p.m. — Participant setup

• 5:45–6:15 p.m. — Cocktails, music, and welcome

• 6:30–8:30 p.m. — Dinner

• 8:30–9:30 p.m. — Participant and vendor cleanup
