House Warming s your perfect first step—whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned Pilates lover. This special welcome class is designed to get you grounded, introduce you to our studio, and set you up for success. It’s our way of saying: Welcome home! In this essential introductory session, you’ll: Get a full orientation while moving on the equipment Learn the anatomy and function of the Reformer, Chair, and Springboard Learn how to set up, adjust, and care for the equipment to suit your body type and ensure the most effective workout Review class levels and the process for earning instructor approval Go over key studio guidelines that keep our community safe and respectful Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, seasoned pilates efficient or just new to RH Pilates, House Warming sets you up for success.
