Utilizing methods from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and striking as it relates to MMA, these classes cover the fundamentals and advanced concepts of striking. There is a large focus on footwork, bag-work, head movement, combinations, 1-on-1 drills, sparring, and benefits all levels – beginner, amateur, and pro.
