About this event

Classical Jose Limon-inspired Contemporary/Modern Technique. With a mixture of floor work and standing exercises to engage and articulate the body, students will practice clearly defined, efficient movement and approaches. Strongly influenced by vernacular found in Limon, Graham, Ballet, and Taylor techniques. Class will consist of vocabulary built from the warm up, to across the floor with jumps and extended phrasing, and finally choreography encompassing everything you’ve learned.
