About this event

To Write Love Watch Party: Celebrate 20 Years of the Movement. To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) celebrates 20 years of hope and help with a free Orlando film screening of its short film "To Write Love" on Thursday, Nov. 12, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. (doors at 6 p.m.) at À LA CART, 274 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32801. The film tells how TWLOHA has spent two decades showing up for people and helping move conversations about mental health from the margins to the mainstream. Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman, TWLOHA founder Jamie Tworkowski and writer and poet Renee Yohe will join the celebration. Admission is free, and RSVPs are strongly encouraged. About 100 seats are available first come, first served, with standing room for up to 200 guests. Ages 16 and up; guests under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian. Supported by Uplift.
