Men’s Health Matters

A Wellness Conversation for Men

Route 7 Orlando is partnering with Florida Blue to create a space where men can talk openly about our health—without judgment, pressure, or awkwardness.

This is a chance to have real conversations about the things we sometimes put off, the questions we do not always ask, and the health issues we should be paying more attention to as we get older.

The evening will include blood pressure and glucose checks, personal health assessments, and practical insights on how to care for your mental and physical health from a Florida Blue registered nurse and certified health coach.

Our featured guest speaker for the evening will be Dr. John J.B. Frederick , Chief Medical Officer of AdventHealth DeLand .

Dr. Frederick is a board-certified internist and physician executive whose leadership has focused on clinical quality, patient safety, physician engagement, and improving the way care is delivered. He currently leads medical staff governance, clinical quality, patient safety, and physician performance at AdventHealth DeLand.

We’ll talk about prevention, nutrition, screenings, and the health concerns men do not always address until something feels wrong. This is not a lecture or a doctor’s appointment. It is a room full of men learning, asking questions, sharing perspectives, and becoming more intentional about our health.
