About this event
The first half of class integrates classical standing and seated yoga postures (asanas), which are held a little longer with breath work to build strength and flexibility as students ease into their yoga experience. The second half of class comes down to the mat to stretch, relax and meditate. Class moves at a slower pace than Yoga Flow, which is perfect for new practitioners.
