About this event
Unwind and find stillness in this deeply restorative practice combining Yin Yoga and Meditation. We'll begin by settling into long-held, passive floor poses—targeting deep connective tissues —to help release tension from the body and mind. This slow, mindful approach naturally prepares you for a final meditation. “Various sound baths” will be incorporated into the meditation section of class to calm the nervous system, and leave feeling centered, grounded, and peaceful.
