About this event
Advanced Beginner Contemporary Jazz is an exciting and dynamic class designed to open pathways to deeper connections within dance artists. Students will be offered opportunities to connect mind-body intentions within their movement practice as they are led through this class that combines ballet, modern, and jazz dance modalities. Starting with a full embodied warm-up, the class then moves into center and across the floor combinations that advance students' contemporary jazz technique, and ends with choreography that develops self-expression and artistry.
