YOGA: cool yin/restorative

Yin & Deep Stretch is like a slow, relaxed stay-cation to restore vitality and mobility. This is a great practice to help prevent injuries. Clear your mind. Re-boot your energy and attitude. All levels, all bodies, come exactly as you are and modify however you need, and we will help :) Bring a big towel or a blanket or pillowcase for your props. Thank you for supporting our community at Warrior ONE! We are grateful for you every single day. Please note....class registration must be cancelled at least two hours before the beginning of class. If you don't cancel outside the two hour window, it takes up a spot for another student, and we may charge you the late cancellation fee equal to one drop in class, $18. If others are not able to register for class, they miss out on class, AND it prevents the instructor from maximizing their income. We want to make sure people have access to the classes they want to attend, and that our instructors are earning the best pay rates they can for classes.
